Night diving gives you the chance to see familiar sites from an entirely different perspective. Different creatures emerge, your focus narrows to what’s illuminated by your light, and even a site you’ve dived dozens of times can feel brand new.
The PADI Night Diver Specialty teaches you the skills and procedures needed to comfortably and safely dive after the sun goes down.

During three night dives, you’ll learn:
- Night dive planning and procedures
- Proper use of primary and backup dive lights
- Communication and light signals
- Entry and exit considerations
- Navigation at night
- Maintaining buddy contact
- Buoyancy and orientation in limited visibility
